So comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this extra thick mat to stand on at my new work from home set up. It has proven very comfortable to stand on, but also has come in handy for my indoor workouts, too - so much more comfortable than my old yoga mat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this mat to have everything I need: good traction on the more textured side and very ample cushioning from the inch-thick material. Although my yoga instructor advised me to be mindful when doing standing poses on the thicker mat due to potential balance issues, my (beginning-intermediate) level of work has not been influenced by that at all. (If it did, I would simply place my old mat under this one and flip the top back to ensure total stability.). I'm extremely happy with this mat.
