[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mat was a true gamechanger for me. I struggled with folding multiple towels and moving them around for an exercise, and still found myself hurting during sit-ups or any work on my knees, to the point of doing exercises wrong because I was compensating for the pain. This mat has allowed me to forget about everything except the exercise itself. I was worried that it would take awhile to flatten after being rolled up, and that the foam would take time to bounce back after use, but it doesn't. Had it for about a month now, use it 2-3 times a week for strength, barre, and yoga-type exercise.
