Good on the floor/but standing?

It's a great mat for yoga when you are down on the floor. It keeps you warm and cushioned while you do your movements. My teacher says it won't be a stable as a thinner mat when you are standing to do yoga.

Older guy that needs good cushion for the older bones and the 1 inch thickness is
a huge treat…sweet mat…exactly all that
I had been looking for….use it for PT floor exercises for various ailing appendages.

Thick and comfortable to use. The thickness adds cushion for my knees. No slipping. Used for Pilates. Yoga. Stretching with my foam roller and size is perfect.
Comes with a carry strap and rolls up easily. (Due to thickness it is a bit bulkier for storage when rolled up).
I highly recommend you try this mat. You will not regret it!

It’s the only mat I can use. The thickness is amazing and doesn’t hurt my knees/spine. The extra thickness makes my stretch sessions that much better.
