These pans are fantastic, they are solid, well made, and heat very evenly. They are better than non-stick if you understand how to heat them gradually before adding fat. Very happy with this purchase.

Despite using oil while cooking, my food consistently sticks to the pan and burns. I’m not sure what might be causing this issue.

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing food sticking and burning, we understand how frustrating that can be.
Stainless steel cookware performs best when preheated properly before adding oil or ingredients. We recommend heating the pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, then adding oil and allowing it to warm briefly before placing food in the pan. This helps create a natural nonstick effect. Avoid using high heat, as that can cause sticking or scorching.
