High quality and beautiful appearance

Just installed this new drawer microwave to replace the fourth Zline microwave all of which started sparking and burned the inside panel. The Kucht seems to be better quality and appearance. The four year warranty is definitely a plus.

Great microwave. Stopped heating food after 1month

Great looking and powerful, after a month it just stopped heating food. Have tried everything from reset to unplugging. Will call service tomorrow.

Nice hidden into the cabinets, only draw back is the front panel does not appear to have a backlight to help see the panel in the evening

There is a problem installing this product into the base cabinet. Given the specs with dimensions a suitable base cabinet was selected. Upon installation the microwave did not fit. The specs with dimensions on a diagram failed to show that there is a metal guard that sits behind the control panel the protects some wiring. This metal guard prevents the product from sliding all the way back with the control panel then flush with the cabinet face. This required the frame of the cabinet to be cut to accomodate the microwave
