Just had it 2weeks and can't believe how great it is. !
Eg. put a mini bag of popcorn in and it automatically sensed the size and cooked it appropriately !

Great features and clean design

Just had this installed in our new home. Still in the process of building but are excited and anxious to give this microwave drawer a try. Opens and closes smoothly. Love the features and the options. It is a great looking piece and really makes the island. Happy to have purchased from this company. We researched a few other options but decided this one would fit our needs the best.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We Love this microwave! We remodeled our entire kitchen and decided to keep the microwave off the countertop. What a beautiful choice. We were worried about peeling off the protective coating so we called customers service and they helped us with all of our questions.

Works good

There is a problem installing this product into the base cabinet. Given the specs with dimensions a suitable base cabinet was selected. Upon installation the microwave did not fit. The specs with dimensions on a diagram failed to show that there is a metal guard that sits behind the control panel the protects some wiring. This metal guard prevents the product from sliding all the way back with the control panel then flush with the cabinet face. This required the frame of the cabinet to be cut to accomodate the microwave

Nice hidden into the cabinets, only draw back is the front panel does not appear to have a backlight to help see the panel in the evening

Great microwave. Stopped heating food after 1month

Great looking and powerful, after a month it just stopped heating food. Have tried everything from reset to unplugging. Will call service tomorrow.
