Just bought this and installed in our newly renovated kitchen. Product arrived quickly and well packaged exactly as described. So far, works great and have had no issues.

We purchased this Microwave Drawer to match our Professional Range and to fit below counter. The installation instructions I followed were easy to understand and execute. From the shipping box the Control bar is a little bit out of alignment with the drawer face, but everything works good. We've been using if for nearly a month now and the controls are straightforward and the cooking is consistent. We are very satisfied with this product so far, if not for the minor cosmetic issue from above, I would have given a 5 star rating.
