Absolutely love it. Just wish it had better instructions or an instruction video on how to adjust settings. I have to literally mess with it every time I turn them on to get my T2 and the light bars to movie mode. I would highly recommend this product to anyone thinking about getting one.

This light was made for one specific purpose, to backlight your TV screen, and I guess it's fine for that although it's more of an expensive toy than anything useful.
I thought I could use it for something that it wasn't intended for - as a desk light and a reading/night light - since my desk and bed are about 10 feet away. Unfortunately it didn't work out. The cords on the light weren't quite long enough.
I can suggest some improvements that would have helped.
1 - the lights are hardwired to their cords. If they were plug in cords with USB-C, maybe I could add extension cables and put the lights anywhere. More imoprtantly, they would fit better in their vertical holders if you could unplug the cord and thread it through the hole in the stand. Seems like a simple fix. Right now the cord sticks out awkwardly from the stands and there's no way to fit it through the hole in the stand.
2 - The two lights are joined together in the middle, which limits where you can put the controller to somewhere in the middle. If the lights were plugged in, you could maybe chain them together and have more flexibility on placement.
3 - The controller has light input on one side, and power input on the other. It would be better if both inputs were on the same side, so you can place it on the wall or on your desk where all the cords go away.
4 - I would have been happy to just purchase one light, but it only comes in pairs.
5 - The app comes with lots of pre-programmed effects, but they're all flashy and annoying. I would like one that just very slowly cycles through the colors so that it's not as distracting. I guess I could program it myself, but that should be a default setting.
