It's Backlights For Your TV!

They're neat! The app is intuitive and easy to use, initial setup is also simple. The lights themselves are bright and have good color. It does not sync to your TV's image, so just be aware of that before buying if that's something you have to have. For me, I love having the color spectrum shift active while watching YouTube on my TV, or setting a low brightness static color while I game (having a red glow behind your TV while playing Diablo IV for instance). I really enjoy these lights, they make my TV experience that much better! Price was decent as well. No complaints.

Limited by a single joined connection, better ways to extend lighting.

Thought being two lights they'd have individual cables, but they are joined by one cable limiting your distance apart and not enough cable to hide them even if just put on the sides of the TV. Can't even add a USB extension the way they are joined. I think there are better ways to extend lighting by just adding a rope light behind the TV, no external black light cases and cables to see and twice the light.
Light syncing seems to be a bit off as well, one light seems to always appear a bit redder than the other. Tried calibrating, adjusting the T2, various saturation levels to no avail. Hoping the new 2.1 A1 Box Kit 2 will improve on this and work with 75" TVs. Not a fan of cameras overall for my needs.

Doesn't work with chroma. I purchased this for my son. I did download the Govee desktop to link with Chroma but it doesn't work. It's a lack of programing on Govee. They want you to buy the more expensive GAMING version. You are better off getting the Monster ight bars because it's a lot cheaper and it works with Chroma.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Area Mapping Is NOT Clear

When trying to connect them to your T2 Dream View the directions for setting the area map for them is completely unclear about how to set it. I've emailed back and forth with the company and can't seem to get a straight answer as how to get them set up correctly. I've even sent in photos that I've drawn on asking for clarification and the response is just ambiguous!!!

Don't sync right

1 the lights only program and work in a vertical pattern even if using them horizontally. 2 when added to my dreamciew t1 in movie dreamview group it completely changes the colors from what the T1 baclight was displaying from the TV on its own. Made it red an orange. 3 when using separate be careful on placement cause they will effect your backlight
