I ordered different brand and returned them after one use. I love this Roborock it is fabulous. I have a large home and the battery lasts a very long time. It picks up all the dirt and never gets stuck. The only problem I have is with the mapping but it’s probably my error I am not tech savvy. Would highly recommend.

Overall, this vacuum addresses almost every single issue and wish I have had over the past several years with my previous vacuums. The only thing I would make different is that it should have the ability to sense when the dust bin is full and go empty it during a cleaning cycle. I have a large many level and large shedding dogs. I have to empty the bin myself about every 30 minutes.

We absolutely LOVE our new vacuum. We had company this weekend and they continued to remark about how wonderful it was to watch it and then see it empty itself. We had another brand and it was junk. Roborock was recommended to us and we see why. WE LOVE IT!!!

Friends recommended it and I’m glad we got it. Such a convenient help to keep the floors clean. The software App is user friendly that allows you to map out the rooms and schedule. Would be great to add the staircase climbing capability :)

Great robot vac. We have a dog that leaves hair everywhere but this copes very well. The no-go zones work very well, the noise level is very acceptable, and it doesn't bang the stuffing out of our walls as the Shark did. Way better than I expected!
