Finally a robotic vacuum that REALLY works and is so simple!!

This vacuum is what I have been looking/hoping for since they first came out years ago. I’ve owned 3 others, all supposedly the best. I have wood floors with carpets throughout-two big hairy dogs, a cat and I shed a lot too. This little bot is phenomenal-it navigates all the different heights of various carpets, gets in tightly and figures out edges, so far has never gotten stuck (big issue with last one we had). It so thoroughly vacuums (I use highest setting) and empties its own bin…it really ticks off all the boxes of what I’ve been looking for.
The set-up is so simple, and is accompanied by explicit instructions, then you get the app on phone and connect the unit to the WiFi and your phone… super simple guided process. I absolutely love my new Roborock Q5 vacuum bot!!

I ordered different brand and returned them after one use. I love this Roborock it is fabulous. I have a large home and the battery lasts a very long time. It picks up all the dirt and never gets stuck. The only problem I have is with the mapping but it’s probably my error I am not tech savvy. Would highly recommend.

Overall, this vacuum addresses almost every single issue and wish I have had over the past several years with my previous vacuums. The only thing I would make different is that it should have the ability to sense when the dust bin is full and go empty it during a cleaning cycle. I have a large many level and large shedding dogs. I have to empty the bin myself about every 30 minutes.

Friends recommended it and I’m glad we got it. Such a convenient help to keep the floors clean. The software App is user friendly that allows you to map out the rooms and schedule. Would be great to add the staircase climbing capability :)
