I love this thing! It's not that vacuuming is so awful, but with kids and dogs I definitely wasn't vacuuming enough, and i dreaded dragging the vacuum up and down stairs. Now I can vacuum every day. The dogs are kind of spooked by it which is adorable. And the customer service I received when I reached out with a follow up question was excellent! It was a splurge but feels like a good value to me. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great for hard floors if you have pets!

Fast shipping! It mapped out my house beautifully and the app is great at letting me customize everything. I especially love the “no-go zones” functions or vacuuming intensity that can be specified per a particular room. All in all, I am very pleased with how well it sweeps! The brush is great as well, the way it’s designed my hair hasn’t been a problem for it at all! It’s worth the money!

I don't need mop function so this one is definitely my best choice. Received the unit well packed and it was delivered 2 days earlier than estimated. The unit is easy to setup and connected to my network without efforts. It scans the home and created a map in initial running. I called customer service as I cannot divide the map into rooms. The agent I talked to was so nice and patient, she walked me through and finally I got the rooms divided.
The noise when emptying dustbin is big but not a problem as I’ve set schedules in the daytime. Will buy one next month for my mom as birthday gift.

Can hold up to 7 weeks of dust.

The final crowning glory on the Q5+ is the Empty Station, it's able to hold up to 7 weeks of dust in a fully-sealed design with no dust leakage. You can change how often the vacuum cleaner empties its dust bin – I just set it to empty after each completed clean given that our house is not that dirty at any one time.

We have a 9-month-old dog who is losing puppy hair. My normal vacuum cleaner was ineffective at removing hair. This thing is incredible. Excellent cleaning of our wood-look vinyl flooring. It easily picks up all of the dog hair. It's fantastic!
