Wow this thing is amazing!

I have a golden retriever that sheds a lot so keeping house clean is a daily challenge for me. This Q5 cleans dog hair pretty well. After a round of clean, I took out the dustbin inside the robot, it's totally empty and then I turned to the bag inside the auto-bin, gosh I didn't realize my house was so dirty cause the bag was almost full of pet hair... It does really a good job in picking debris especially dog hair! It's truly a timer saver for me at a fair price tag. ❤️ I love it!

Very impressive

I called the Roborock customer service team before I placed the order as there are so many robots, and I'm not quite familiar with them, the agent was very patient and supportive, she introduced me the differences among their products and highlight features for each one. Finally, I chose Q5+ as I need vacuuming feature only and I do not want to empty the dust bin manually. I have been using this Q5+ for about 1 week, very impressive, it works great. I can see the cleaning route on the map, where the robot is and I can use the schedule room cleaning, very effective.

Great robot vaccum with good App and suction

Easily mapped the whole floor with multiple rooms without any issues, it did a great job of vacuuming including hair, dust, crumbs and also did solid job of cleaning rugs and carpet. As this robot uses LIDAR and cliff sensors, it won't aimlessly slam into walls and spin in circles but effectively navigate floor to map precisely.
The app has live map with 3D option which provides bird's eye view of robot's cleaning status with area its cleaned and duration. The mapping is pretty accurate and allows to do a lot with the robot. In the app, easy to create invisible walls and no-go zones where you don't want robot to go. This is really neat feature.
I set it to run every day and it empties itself after returning to the base. Definately a time saver for lazy people. I can't live without it now! My cat loves it too.
We are quite happy with the purchase and would highly recommend this robot as it is affordable and has great functionality.

Love my Q5+!!

I love my Q5+. I’ve only had it a few weeks but it has made my life so much easier. Picks up dog hair great which was my main reason for purchasing it. Here’s hoping it continues to be my life saver!

Love this q5+ very helpful for more weekly cleaning around the home. Sometimes I just don’t want to sweep but solved my problem but now I need something to help dust furniture! Love the Roborock and so does the cat…

Truely Great Vacuum

The easiest and simplest vacuum to setup and use. I am very impressed with this vacuum as a complete package. I had been using Shark's latest AI Robot Vacuum and thought it was good until I ordered and used this Q5+ now I know there are better ones available. The navigation is much better than any other I have tried. It's superior suction is apparent with such results.

We have two roborocks. I think they are terrific so far, after about 1mo of service. They have figured everything out and I have blocked portions where they get stuck and/or I dont want them navigating. Unless something changes over the next year, it is a great product.

Well worth the bucks

I did a lot research before deciding on the Q5+. Mopping is not necessary for me but auto-emptying is a must-have. The model Q5+ is exatly what I need. Its suction power is pretty strong. It cleans very well on my wooden floor and can pick up debris from my short-pile carpet. Setting it up is quite easy and straightforward. Just scanning the QRcode on the robot and the connection is done! Its cleaning pattern is very tidy and organized without leaving any areas behind uncleaned. It does an amazing job in auto-emptying. I love the dustbag design because it seals itself up once I takes it out. So no dirt is scattered around. Overall, thumbs up for Roborock!👍
