I am an owner of a cat cafe. I've been obsessed with cleaning cat hair. But I was just unable to terminate the cat hair from every corner of my house! That was enough. I told myself. My friend recommended the Q5+ for me. I bought it with the attitude of giving it a try. I can set schedules and let the robot vacuum around in a regular interval. God knows how grateful I am now to have such a chores helper around my cafe!

Ideal for daily cleaning

Good suction, great mapping. It's very easy to use. My only complaint is that it does an insufficient job in cleaning corners. But overall it is ideal for daily clean up.

Happy purchase

I called Roborock customer service ahead of time and asked for a vacuum cleaner that could help me sweep the floor. I don't need much mopping. Based on my situation, they recommended my Q5+. They told me that the Q5's suction is powerful enough to clean the vacuum around my house, and that it's compatible with a base that automatically empties the bin. All I need to do is change the garbage bag like every 1 or 2 month. Very good, patient and supportive customer service.
Then I went here and bought the Q5+. I was amazed by the quick map feature. Mapping my home in just 10 minutes. Now I am happy with the robot. Hope it stays efficient. I'll take a look.

Amazing!!

I really like my roborock old S4 Max because it doesn't have a mop and helps me a lot for a couple of years. But was tired of emptying the dustbin manually daily (you know 2 cats)... So far we haven't even had to empty the dock yet surprisingly - has been a big convenience factor for us. In additions, the furniture feature actually does have a function. If you click on zone cleaning and then clean on furniture like a couch or table it will clean around it. This is pretty helpful after dinner at the table for instance. All in all, it's an amazing upgraded robot!

I bought this as a birthday gift for myself and it totally exceeds my expectation! I've been thinking about purchasing a non-mopping robot with auto emptying bin. But I was bit daunted by the high price so I just waited. When roborock releases the Q5+, I believed that's what I’ve been hoping for! At first I had a concern that the lower price may compromise its function. But no, this robot proves itself well in vacuuming. Definitely a good helper and time saver!

This vacuum is one of the best purchases my husband and I have ever made. The vacuum is awesome and cleans the floor so quickly. The auto-empty dock is a lifesaver and when we arrive home from work, the floors look great. I would recommend a Roborock to anyone!

Upgraded from my 3 years old Roomba. I’m totally obsessed with the Roborock Q5+ now! This is my first vacuum with self-empty feature. We have a dog that sheds a lot but this vacuum handles dog fur perfectly. The map and moving path are beautiful. In addition, it splits the rooms automatically which is unexpected to me. I can even schedule the device for selective room cleaning. That’s quite convenient to clean kitchen every day after meals lol. The self-empty base also does its job as advertised. If you have pet, don’t hesitate to get one. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

HELPS A LOT

Actually I bought this for my parents and this is their first robot. (i love smart tech) This week they are moving into a new single story home that has only plank tile throughout... this 1500sq/ft home, not large but daily cleaning will also be a challenge for them, 70 years old. They wont have any pets, but a few rugs.. Q5+ really surprises them, it can create a full map quickly and clean room by room. Also, you can program a rountine on the app,what a super amazing feature!! The Livingroom/kitchen is where the most attention is needed daily, and you can just set Q5 to clean this large space on a schedule, pretty convenient....
