Everything I hoped for

Our family enjoys the airdog, we purchased one for our bedroom, kids bedroom and living room. We can feel the difference in the air and enjoy watching the numbers to see what triggers it or not.

My daughter’s dorm room always had a slight musty and dusty smell that would not go away. The air was fresh smelling and much healthier after less than an hour. The sound is peaceful.

I've been using my Airdog X-5 for several months already. I have noticed a difference in the quality of air in our living room. We have already cleaned out our unit when the "C" came on. I ordered a second one for my brother that is having difficulty's breathing. One good unit. Thank you.

I am truly impressed with AIRDOG Company and service. With the pandemic, it seems as if people take cleaning to whole new level, I myself am also guilty as well. But one day, few months ago, I stumbled across an ad for your Air Purifiers. The fact that there are no replacing filters, and ALL ARE WASHABLE, sold me right there. I had 4 Honeywell Purifiers already in my home at time of Airdog purchase, however even with 4 units, I found myself spending more time vacuuming out filters, then actually cleaning other important things. So fact of ALL WASHABLE concept was appealing, but still skeptical, I decided to purchase my first Airdog 3 unit. After only one day I was truly amazed. The amount of dirt, dust, and potential baceria(some of which may have been harmful. It was true, one Airdog 3 replaced all 4 of Honeywell units.
I also had a bit of accident while cleaning the new Airdog3. My 2 full grown Siberian Huskies were doing their usual rough play thru my house, ran into me while cleaning electrode plate, and one put her head right thru wires on tray, breaking every strand. I first thought I could use unit without that tray, but it was evident that yes machine will run, but the items the tray stopped from getting through would be sacrificed , making this unit just an air blower. So I looked up Airdog website, searching for a replacement, to my surprise, it took less than 3 minutes to complete transaction. Item arrived at my door 2 days later. Customer service was excellent, others should learn from yours. My gratitude cannot be expressed enough. But good/positive need to be shared so others get a taste of good work.

The X3 is great and is doing what it is supposed to be doing! I can feel the cleaner air and what's fabulous is that I don't have to keep purchasing HEPA filters. Still need to purchase the catalyst filter every so often but the cost is minimal. Other than that, the unit met my expectations. So far the frequency of washing the collecting plates has been once a month and it dries like it says so very little downtime.
There are some items that I would really like your designers to re-consider however. The annoying green lamp can't be turned OFF. If you say it is for a bedroom, there should be a way to turn off all lights! I think the X5 and X8 are the same way and the same complaints are stated by other users. The other issue I have is the back cover. Whenever I try to remove the back cover, I feel like I'm going to break it. It's not easy to remove the cover for some reason and that should be fixed - like using a magnet instead of a latch.
Also the catalyst filter doesn't fit well in the slot. It's a bit smaller than the cavity and the height the filter is thinner compared to the slot height. Not a big deal but something isn't right.
Other than that, the unit does clean the air like it is supposed to and am happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love my airdog. Turn it on and it does everything itself. I would highly recommend this air cleaner. I would buy it again. Thank you airdog.
