[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this digital touchscreen toaster by Oster. Easy to use. My toast, bagels, and frozen waffles come out perfectly toasted each time. The digital countdown and quick lever is especially convenient. Totally recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 4 Slice Oster Digital Touchscreen toaster with easy touch technology is the best toaster I've ever used. The screen is a nice addition and being able to see exactly how long is left is pretty great. Cleanup of the unit as far as crumbs go is super easy as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice toaster but poor lighting

Bought this toaster and it works very well but the indicator lighting is very poor. No way to turn it up

Touch Screen is Inexcusably Dim

The touch screen is SO dim as to be utterly unusable except in a dark room. This is 100% inexcusable and 100% avoidable. That's why I'm knocking 4 stars off of my review of what COULD be a great toaster. Did some Climate Cult member decide they were going to "save the planet" by eliminating one or two nanowatts of energy consumption? FIX THIS!!!

Half of screen only work/no visible power button

I bought this 2 months ago and I did notice that the on/off power button wasn’t lit up. Didn’t think anything of it. My partner as of today(Jan.17/24) used the right side of the toaster and couldn’t cancel the right side as no frozen/bagel/cancel option on the right side. Had to use the “hidden” power button. Can’t upload pictures as I’m using an iPhone(sorry) I’ll try after this is posted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pricey disappointment

Toaster does not brown bread, or bagel. The bread is as white at #6 as it was out of the wrapper. And, that goes for both sides of the toaster. The front panel is so dark I need a flash light to read which setting to chose. Something is definitely wrong with this product. Given the high cost I just assumed it was a quality product, wrong thing to do ….

Oster Toasters Are Strong and They Last Long

My family had an old Oster's TSStrr model red and black four-piece toaster. The toaster helped my kids grow. When we bought that toaster they ate bagels a lot. After close to 10 years of use, the toaster finally gave up on us. I felt like a member of our family was leaving us, I went and bought another brand, but immediately realized, I was missing out on Oster's quality toaster, after opening the box of the new toaster. It felt like the old toaster was speaking to me in disappointment, saying how dare you get another brand after all these years. Out of guilt, I went to my friend Google, to search for the same model. After clicking a few links this model showed up. I took another toaster and put it side by side with the Oster, showed it to my daughter without saying a word, and she selected the Oster, saying it looked futuristic. Therefore, I purchased it, even though I have not toasted anything as of this writing. I am happy to have this beautiful new and advanced version of Oster's toaster as a replacement for our old model, which has become part of the family. I want to publically welcome the "Oster 4-slice Touchscreen Toaster" as a new member of our family. I know we will enjoy it.

Good toaster, but hard to clean.

Toaster works great, but hard to get clean. They should have put in bigger trays or a "trap door" so that it was easier to clean. Works well, but bad cleaning design.
