I am excited to get my new toolshed edition. This is a nice piece of equipment. I ran some break-in engine oil and am ready to get to work! This woodchipper is just what I was looking for!

BEST WOOD CHIPPER

After getting this woodchipper I have seen a world of difference keeping up through the Fall weather. It is great chipping wood dry wood, small branches, wet wood, acorns, pincones, and grass. It compacts it all to about 1/4th of the original size so there is much less to haul around and easy to transport. It ultimately saves a lot of time and money, and everybody that see me use it wants to borrow it and purchase their own. Also the replacement blades are easy to find.

Tow Hitch

The woodchipper is fine but the towbar only connects to a 1-7/8" ball, the smallest size. Also, it is only off-road towing up to 20mph. It has plenty of power just be mindful how you feed it in not to clog the opening before it reaches the blades. (4-star)

Power Shredding

The Shredder is a large piece of equipment that makes quick work out of any brush put down the chute. Larger branches cut with a chainsaw are also able to be cut up. Typically anything over 5" is firewood, so I haven't maxed this out yet although it seems like it will cut larger. The compost is great to use in other areas and easier to transport since I can scoop it with a shovel into a rolling bin. Another aspect is event though the machine is large, it has big steady tires and easy to move from place to place. This shredder is very useful we are getting a lot of use out of it.

Best Wood Chipper

This is my second wood chipper and the extra powerful engine is a noticeable difference. Makes easy work of dry wood, wet wood, small branches, acorns, pinecones, and fall leaves. I just tried it on wet wood and it still works just as good. All in all I think I am all set with this wood chipper and glad I bought this one.

Woodchipper Is Great

This woodchipper is great, very powerful, turns wood into chips, easy to operate and startup. It does not ship with engine oil, so I got some break in oil and ran it a cycle before putting regular 10W-30 oil. Everything is made out of steel and is quite durable. Good for large cleanup jobs.

Still getting used to it

This is a woodchipper with considerable power, is able to feed good size wood into the intake, and chips with authority. I was able to shred 4" wood with no problem, at 5" wood it manages okay but I am not sure about much larger than that. With small gas engines you will get a little smoke the first time running gasoline through it, but it clears up after the engine breaks in. It is a good size woodchipper, takes some effort to move around. It does have handle grips built into the frame near the top.
