Sticky A button out of the box

Why are sticky buttons common in Xbox controllers? Had same issue on my 360 controller 15 years ago. Also, occasionally cuts out on the Bluetooth connection but might be a problem on my PC.
Great haptic feedback, fits perfectly in my hands, premium materials. The sticky button is what ruined it for me since it’s such an important function in a gaming controller.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I did not expect that plastic would feel that expensive. I never experienced touching this kind of plastic. I didn't like the sticks, because thy are not as smooth as my pdp controller, but the cuality of a body is unbelievable. My friend loved it.
It is easy to connect, btw. My computer foud it after I turned search mode on(OS windows 11).
