PC user here.
I have Xbox 360 controllers, been using since... 2005! I skipped last generation (Xbox One Console / Controllers). I was looking for something new, compatible with Bluetooth and native Xinput support (Most supported controller API on PC).
PROS:
Plug in and play (with USB-C cable, not included)
Supports Bluetooth.
Texture grip / D-PAD is excellent.
Comes with 2 - AA batteries :)

CONS:
No SKUs with packaged USB-C / Dongle.
No White Play & Charge kit available to purchase as of today.

Final Thoughts:
Feels great coming from a 360 controller. The wireless controller from that generation didn't support USB connectivity and wireless play required a dongle.

If you already have a compatible Xbox One (PC) gamepad, I don't see the point. I also recommend going for the Carbon Black version if you either lack bluetooth or a USB-C cable.
I don't intended on purchasing a Play & Charge kit but the lack of white accessories to go along with the controller is a missed opportunity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect grip and comfort, wish it works with Mac

Used to have a logitech f710 I used in windows 10 and Mac, while it's working great, the grip and analog dials are giving my fingers nightmares. Now the new Xbox controller is light-years ahead of what f710 could offer, especially the handle grip for your hands, they have tactiles and don't make your fingers to crumble tightly to hold, they stretch out and fit to your hands' natural holding position. Buttons are very clicky too, especially the new d pad, it makes a satisfying sound when clicked.
I'd say the ergonomic of xbox controller is even better than PS4 controller's and the left analog dial's position is more natural than that of traditional ps controller's which a lot of pc game pads adopt to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DOESNT WORK WITH PC, YOU PRESS THE D-PAD ONCE AND IT SCROLLS DOWN ALL THE TIME AND DOESNT STOP. DO NOT BUY

Returned it. Doesn’t connect to iOS

Had to return it. Didn’t connect to iOS devices. Mainly bought it to connect to iPad but it didn’t work. Then tried connecting to windows 10 machine - it didn’t work . Then had to update the windows 10 OS to make it work. Felt like this was a buggy product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The grips, bumpers and d-pad are amazing. Hard to go back to a standard “One” controller after this. I even use it more than my elite v2 sometimes.

It’s good except it turns on amd off on its own

I like the appearance, the grip. It’s dexterity. But fir some reason it shuts down and the only way to get it going is by plugging it in. So I am not sure if I have a defective controller atm or if this will sort out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where you missing the tactile D-PAD feels of the Sega Game Gear? Of course you were. The new Xbox One Controller has everything. Gripped triggers, great new(vintage) D-Pad and USB type C!
Throw your old boring Nintendo styled D-Pad controller in the trash(e-recycle) and get this bad boy.
