So far I'm happy with this new Invisible Shield. We bought new phones needed to have the protection and went with this choice. It will pay fir itself over time.

I could not install it

I've been happy with Zagg products in the past. However, the instructions that came with this did not make sense and didn't even mention the little installation frame that came with it. I found good instructions on YouTube, however when I came to the last step, the screen saver didn't separate from the film; I couldn't even tell if the actual screen saver exists. Therefore it was a waste of money.

It was difficult to remove

It was difficult to remove the the first layer and the second one came off making it difficult to align properly. The result is bubbles around the edges that I could not eliminate.

Edges not staying connected properly

I have used the screen protector for about 2 weeks. Everything sealed correctly when I put it on. Now the edges are starting to come up and I can't get them to stick regardless of how many times I press back down.
