Garbage quality now

The quality has gone way downhill and the price has skyrocketed. I called for a refund and they are super unresponsive unlike before. I supported this company for over 10 years and will no long be purchasing from them.

I cleaned the screen with the whet pad and let dry then installed it.2 weeks later the top right corner started to come off.I tried to get a replace ment but couldnt.It said I was registered when I bought from last time.I forgot my pass word.I sent my email address and it said if I was in the system it would send me a e mail to change my pass word but it didnt.I paid a lot more for this product bacuase it was supose to be much better.

It was installed with bubbles all over; even lines across the screen. NOT happy with it. Also tried and tried to use biometrics and COULD NOT get my finger print to work.

Bad screen protector

Application was fairly simple but the screen protector would never stay on, after a few days over half of the screen protector had lifted. It made the screen significantly less touch sensitive. The website said the screen protector was case friendly and it very much was NOT case friendly. After peeling it off and replacing it with a different product, it’s also clear that this is more plastic than it is glass, it just feels like stiff plastic, you can fold it in half and it’s still in tact.
Don’t waste your money on this, there are actual glass screen protectors for a fraction of the price from other companies.

The screen protector fell off for no reason after 1 day
The instructions where followed exactly as printed
I wrote zagg about this and nothing was done so I don't recommend this product at all since they done respond or replace the item

Not my favorite. It doesn't go edge to edge, leaving space for much dust to cling to the edges. Gets hazy and have to constantly wipe it with a cloth. Has the worst glare too. I mean, I may need to simply just try the glass protector. I opted not to get glass this time, bc I cut my finger on the old one I had for a previous phone. Oh, sigh.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
