My NEO QLED 4K

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man, am I glad I waited. The picture is awesome right out the box. Very easy setup and follow through instructions. No color adjustment needed. But yes, there is one area of improvement I wish the company would concentrate more on. That is it audio, I'm telling you it just isn't that great no matter what version you get. So, far have two and each needed a sound bar. Once added you be glad you did. Plus just add an extra HDMI portal wouldn't hurt it either.

Great Screen, Poor Software

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has an awesome screen, bright colors, very sharp. However, it loses connection to the new Samsung Soundbar weekly, and you have to reboot the TV several times to get it to reconnect. The TV speaker is very poor. In addition, the TV boot up screen/menu takes quite a bit of time to appear, and always starts with the Samsung offering, rather than your usual viewing tool. I have 9 Samsung TV's, 5 have Samsung Soundbars, and I use a Samsung mobile phone. This TV is the first time I have owned a Samsung product and wished I had not.

This TV had the ability to flawless, BUT FAILED!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This specific model TV has an amazing picture when ran on true 4k, and the upscaling ability is among the best of any TV on the market to date. The overall design cosmetically is also in the top line of other comparable QLED's out there in the weight being quite light for an 85", and what I consider a true "Slim" profile as per its dimensions. Its aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
It offers a wide range of technology and is capable of doing just about anything that you would want it to do via watch t v play games stream, whatever use it for a display for a computer, use it for picture art, etc. It has the voice feature option.And it offers, I think, two or three different varieties, like alexa or the other, the other ones out there.
HOWEVER, this t v has fell short big to me in its actual functionality.And the biggest word I would use is execution of all.It has to offer. The voice feature does not work. 85% of the time when you press the button down regardless of resetting the TV contents, the network settings defaulting the TV back to factory settings. There are just many glitches within the software of the t v itself. The Samsung TV Plus, which is your free version of live tv will intermittently work or sometimes just is not available to open at all.I'm finding myself having to default the entire t.V resetting all my apps, just many, many problems.I'm not happy about this purchase at all other than the picture. When it works it is phenomenal.

Exceptional right from the beginning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned Samsung products for years, and we were interested in upgrading our current tv to a larger, new one. We are not disappointed. This tv has exceptional quality no matter what we are viewing. We are especially pleased with the better colors in the newer QLED.
During initial setup, everything went smoothly and we encountered nothing difficult. The ease of menu, tools, and connection to different Samsung devices and components was incredibly easy.
After purchasing this tv, we can definitely say, we will be lifelong Samsung users.

Love my BIG screen

Crisp clear images and great color and contrast. The only drawback I have experienced is the audio, which is sometimes lackluster. But overall, I am enjoying the purchase.
