Picture issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung tv for watching cable and streaming shows. No gaming. My only complaint is the quality of the picture. For example, white uniforms in a baseball game can look blue depending on the camera. Faces of newscasters can be very red. The picture can be fuzzy at times. I have talked to support and they have had me try a number of different settings but nothing has improved the picture. I think I would be unlikely to buy another samsung tv after experiencing these issues. I have another samsung tv that is over 10 years old and the picture has always been terrific.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung's QN85D TV. If the image you’re seeing doesn't meet your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to the picture settings.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

Very Bright Screen

The only con I have is the UI which is not as smooth as the older models with going to change sound and picture settings while watching something.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I start watching TV on Samsung I've never went back and this has been almost like 10 years now I upgrade maybe every 5 years or so as a matter of fact all I have is Samsung watch phones I really think they want the best products ever I love their specs the apps and the function on a TV I love watching Samsung TV itself Samsung Plus it's Claire the volume is phenomenal with all the Adobe around sound plus my Samsung surround sound if you have to get a TV let it be a Samsung it won't disappoint
