Gaming Beast!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So yeah I am an older competitive gamer. Back in the day I won competitions for prizes and would have won a car if I had been a year older. In the last 5-10 years trying to play fps games became extremely frustrating because my eyesight isnt as good as it once was… the BLAM 85inch, v-sync 120hz gaming mode with fps profile….. good luck suckers cuz they need it. Zero complaints. No dead pixels, its so bright I can wear my vision corrected sun glasses and get a tan while I revel in the glory of the ole days. Still frustrating sometimes but with this monster I dont have any more excuses. You shouldnt have any more excuses for waiting… other than for a sale :). (Pro tip to get g-sync to enable you need to put the tv in gaming mode and then go into nvidia control panel and scroll down the first list of resolutions and there will be a second list under the PC heading. Other than that everything works like any other gaming monitor *cough* I mean TV. Added a pic with cod graphics screen and the game mode config down at the bottom. Hold the pause/play button on the tv remote as a shortcut to get it to pop up.

Picture Perfect!

I was skeptical about going down a size, because I absolutely LOVED the feel of being in a movie theater with the 85". After shopping and comparing models and sizes, I realized that bigger is NOT always better! You hardly notice the size difference, but you DO notice the clarity of the picture! Add into the mix all of the features and ease of navigation and this model was a sweet choice! Highly recommend doing your due diligence and find a store to compare models with your own eyes. Keep in mind that if you do visit a store, that they stream high end quality images, which is not true to life when at home streaming movies and shows. All in all a great purchase that I am extremely happy with and would recommend and buy again!
