[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to upgrade and our old plasma and found this one. It has a great picture and sound compared to our last tv. The menus are easy to access and move from one streaming platform to another. I also like how you can preview things you want to watch on the Home Screen and has the last app you were on for easy access.

The picture is amazing and with the settings application, it is easy to adjust personal preferences for audio, color, etc. The TV came with several apps for signing up our desired viewing. We highly recommend this TV for it's quality and ease of use.

We loved the 65" and thought it had an amazing picture but now that we have this 85" NEO, the picture is even better. Really worth the extra money for the picture and other features. Fits perfectly on the wall. We love it!

Great featured set with a great price

The TV is full of features, and the. The price-to-feature ratio is great. Samsung has a great hit with this one; I would say it really hit the sweet spot for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the color nice and clear. The remote can be a pain sometimes, overly sensitive. sometimes I use my older remote for channel numbers instead.
Not sure if its my Samsung account , all my apps had to be resigned in. The only way I could get my CBS app was to go into my Roku speaker in a HDMI location. Getting used to it and enjoying the Alexa which is connected to everything except my CBS app.

Bought the New Samsung tv for its features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the QN85D Samsung Neo QLED 4K tv to take full advantage of the Q990B Samsung sound bar I got year and a half ago great sound for the F1 & Moto GP races & for moves. The picture quality is unbelievable great. The tv paired to the sound bar & my phone with know problems and works great. I would not hesitate to buy another one in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it in the living room to stream and I have previously had to close the shades to view, no glare on this Model. Also the remote control is multi functional to be able to control my stereo system. Best picture of any tv I have ever owned.
