Constant Auto Update

Picture is nice; however, the menu doesn't store any choices. I have turned off the auto-update feature several times. Every time i turn the TV on it still goes through the process. I have also tried to turn off the auto Samsung TV option. Yet every time I turn the TV on it defaults to this. The software on the TV needs fixing.

Thank you for sharing your review. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your QNX1D TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Samsung is my go to manufacture for TVs. I own four of them ranging back 12 years till just a couple weeks ago. They have always been reliable and to me one of the best products on the market.

I bought this TV 6 months ago and the TV is excellent. Picture is good. Sound is average but I added a Samsung sound bar that improved the sound. Works well with Spectrum and wifi.
The only thing I can say bad about the TV is the remote control is challenging. The buttons are so small and not very prominent so finding the right button at night in bed is very difficult. They designed them too smooth so you can't feel your way around.
I would recommend this to a friend!
