I thought the picture was going to be much better for the price I paid but most of the time it’s not. The sounds not the best either. Watching in 4K I’m impressed.

We your feedback on the sound quality of your TV. Your TV features Object Tracking Sound which tracks the action with strategically placed dynamic speakers and Adaptive Sound which automatically adjusts audio to enhance everything from dialogue to music and sports.
You can select a sound mode that you prefer for a content type or your listening environment. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize balance and equalizer settings by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
Additionally, there are image adjustments you can make to optimize your picture to suit your preferences. Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
You can also go to: Menu > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to manually fine tune your image.

I purchased Samsung Neo QLED few months ago. I am so happy to have it and satisfied its picture quality and others. Actually, I compared it with OLED and other brand same level TV, but I decided to buy Samsung TV. It is my best decision.

Finally got a Smart TV in my study, where I spend 80% of my time. Haven't bought a TV in years, and saw that the screen was too small, and needed something more up to date with options to stream. This one was recommended by retailer. Good choice.

The screen "out of the box" turned out to be defective. Fortunately the repair guys came out a couple of weeks after my initial request and they fixed the problem with a new panel. Repair took about an hour, the guys were professional and thorough. Thanks to a great team!!!
