Excellent value and picture quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just can't go on and on enough about how BEAUTIFUL & CLEARVll the resolution is on this TV! It's honestly comparable to being right next to the actors in person--the detail is so immaculate. I love how it coordinates with my Alexa and Smart Things as well. And the Q Symphony sound is incredible! Overall, I love every aspect of this TV! I'd rate it 10 stars, if I could.

Responsive, great picture, overall solid TV

Got this tv about a month ago and I'm rather satisfied with it. From an overall TV experience it's fantastic. The integration to my soundbar was seamless. The picture quality is great. Some of the new features like the Samsung ConnecTime seem finicky, and I couldn't get the camera from my phone to wireless connect which was the only negative I could think of. Ending on a high note I appreciate that the processor is quick enough to where it feels like navigating on a computer (no lag when selecting apps, or selecting options), was easily linked to my various alexa/google home. So far so good, if something breaks or is just plain unpleasant I'll update my review on samsung.com.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Power issues.

I bought this TV a little over a month ago and it’s already messed up on me twice. The power went out on both times. If it didn’t do that it would be a great TV
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful picture, horribly weak sound..

Have only had TV for about 10 days but have a real issue with the TV's sound. It is VERY weak and makes viewing difficult. One reason I bought the TV was to get improved sound and that has not been the case at all. I have tried everything so far as possible correction for the low sound volume and nothing has worked.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung's QNX1D TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.
• Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.
• Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.
Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our S- or Q-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-Q800D) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.
