I have been a samsung fan for over 13 years now, I have an 83 inch in the movie room and now 85 in the living room. The QN85D completely blew my mind in terms of picture quality. If you get while you can, I definitely will recommend it to anyone.

Best bang for the buck in the line up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my TV for 4k physical movies but also do some streaming. When looking to upgrade my TV I researched several other Samsung tvs and other brands as well. The QNLED85 seemed to check all the boxes for myself. Affordable, amazing picture, powerful processor, and the user interface. Some of the other tvs I looked at in person had such clunky software that it frustrating to use.
The only thing I do not like about this TV set up is the controller. I absolutely can't stand the placement of the quick launch buttons. They need to be about 1 inch or more further away from the volume and channel buttons. I'm either opening up a service or hitting mute when changing the volume. Interrupting the movie almost every time I want to change the cume. Also it would be nice if the remote wasn't perfectly rectangle. In the dark its hard to tell if you have it in your hand correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this TV for 1 year now. Got it at a great holiday price. It has changed our daily viewing and our movie nights sooo much. I would choose to watch any movie now at home over going to the theater. The vibrant colors and the crystal clear picture are beautiful. The brightness when needed during the day is amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever about this TV. Sports and video games look so clear even during fast motion scenes. The set up was super simple and I love the way the stand sits discreetly behind the TV and can be used to hide/manage the cords. I have no regrets purchasing this TV. Still look at it daily and comment to my family how beautiful it is.. LOVE this TV!

Perfect for the livingroom

Purchased the QN85D though Samsung on Nov. 12 and scheduled the delivery for Nov. 27th. Fullfilled by Bestbuy. Delivery was on time. This tv to replace an old samsung 60”. Very happy with this tv so far. Nice bright picture and the colors are fantastic. Wall mounted using the Sanus vlt7 tilt mount. I believe the vesa mounting holes are offset.
I would recommend this to a friend!
