Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QN55QN85DBFXZA TV otherwise looks like a regular TV in its class. However, it does pack features that my previous TV's missed the mark on. My previous TV, had issues with HDMI ARC / CEC and caused my audio to get disconnected numerous times, as I would be watching content. Now while my primary set-up uses a AV receiver that's about 5+ years old, this TV is compatible and in the last fortnight of using the functionality, I haven't experienced any issues.
To further, this TV also as features and integration with Alexa and Google Duo, both of which I enabled just for testing purposes. I prefer to use the TV Remote and the APPs

Online I had read that the contrast was decent, but in my use-case, I haven't been able to discern any differences.
The backlighting is great, as it's visibly less stressful than my previous TV, which was just about 2-3 years old. As newer devices are switching to MATTER and also Samsung is supporting the same, i would like to be able to use MATTER integration on the TV.
The frame fuctionality is great too, in my set-up, I have a dedicated cabinet built for my TV, causing the frame to not look good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Neo TV is the best TV I've owned. The 4k AI upscaling makes all the shows I watch look 4K. I love the sound and it is great for gaming. The Tizen operating system is great for managing my apps. The small remote is very functional. I am very happy with my purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!
