[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a QN85D Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV, and this has to be by far the best viewing experience I have had so far for a television. Easy to navigate through every feature and the audio hooked up seamlessly to my current soundbar I had already. I couldn't be more happy with all the features and apps offered, and all with such ease! Kudos to Samsung on this unit !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh! The picture quality on the Samsun 55" Class QN85D Neo QLED 4k Smart tv is insane! It makes watching anything totally amazing! It is crystal clear, the contrast in colors is amazing. It making watching anything from videos, to movies pop and look incredible. The sound is great, however I have noticed when I watch something on Samsung TV vs a streaming device, the sound is drastically different. It is way better on the Samsung device, the plug in streaming device doesnt sound as crisp or loud, we end up having to turn it up to about 55-60 for volume to hear everything. Unboxing it was super easy and I didnt worry about it falling in the process or it being damanged becuase it was packed very well. The only thing that it was missing was a film of plastic on the screen itself. But the fingerprints wiped off after setting up. The setup for the tv was simple but the Smart Things set up did not work. It kept saying that the QR code wasnt valid. I did get it to connect once the tv was setup though. The remote is awesome because its solar powered. It is very light and pairs with all my devices perfectly. I only need one remote! I will say it was a little difficult plugging in the power cord to the actual tv because its a very small space. I would recommend this tv because of the wonderful picture quality, and the sound when using the samsung tv is perfect. I am blown away with the picture quality, it is like having a huge movie theatre. It makes movies feel like you are actually there! Love this product and would recommend it to those looking to taking your home entertainment to the next level! Trust me, you will not regret it! Thank you Samsung and Insiders for this wonderful product !

Thanks for your review! We're sorry to hear about the QR Code glitch - this may be due to your QN85D needing a firmware update. Please do make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
This update may also include sound enhancements as well, but if you're still noticing a decrease in volume when using a streaming device, please enable the Auto Volume function which will automatically adjust sound to a certain level when using an external device. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

QLED is simply amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this TV at my office for the last few days and it's great! QLED technology really surpasses regular UHD TVs and you can tell there is a big difference. The colors are super vibrant without being over contrasted. Our office is usually super brightly lit because of natural light and the QLED does not waver. I was also surprised at the sound quality of the TV as well. We watched a few movies on it and the sound has no distortion despite being raised. Overall the TV has surpassed my expectations with Samsung's QLED technology. The difference between regular UHD TVs and QLED is not even comparable. Everything looks crisp and super detailed. I would also add that the 55 inch version I selected is slightly on the smaller side than what I prefer but that's not a big deal.

Great Budget Friendly Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am extremely impressed with this TV and I think it's a great option for anyone who wants top-of-the-line tech and quality without breaking the bank.One of the standout features of this TV is its ease of use. Setting up all my apps and settings from other Samsung TVs in the house was a breeze thanks to the Smart Things app. It made the whole process seamless and hassle-free.Another feature that I absolutely love is the ability to calibrate the picture using my smartphone. It's amazing how true to life the picture looks, especially when watching certain HDR movies. The colors are vibrant and the details are incredibly sharp.I haven't had the chance to try out the Q-Symphony features with a Samsung Soundbar yet, but I'm really looking forward to it. I have a Samsung, The Music Frame coming shortly, and I'm excited to see how the two work together to enhance my audio experience for my bedroom. If you're in the market for a TV that offers the tech and quality of a top-of-the-line Samsung TV, but at a more affordable price, I highly recommend the Samsung 55” Class QN85D Neo QLED TV. It's a fantastic option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last TV was a 4k but this TV has a much better picture and sound. I love how the 4K AI Upscaling makes my non 4K content look 4K. I also love the Samsung Tizen operating system which makes it very easy to add and manage apps. The TV looks great and I also love the remote. It is very small but it does everything I need and more. It was easy to setup and easy to use. I am very happy that I got it.

Neo Qled keeps on rocking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this TV as my new bedroom viewing tool after finally getting it set up, and it's great! The colors really pop and extremely vibrant without being too much. The QLED technology goes above and beyond the normal UHD TVs and you can see the difference. No matter if I have it bright or dark in the room the picture is fantastic and does not fall short ever. Sound quality does not disappoint either. Whether I’m watching sports, movies, or any app, the sound remains consistent and constant. Samsung's QLED technology is the way to go, and the difference between this TV and regular UHD TVs is by far much better when I am watching this TV vs my other brand name TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!
