Bright display, nice audio

Overall happy with the TV, pictures quality is awesome even in the bright living room, audio quality also impressive. Only the downside if you connect Samsung soundbar via qsympony mode, audio goes up/down, via HDMI no issue. Unnecessary apps loaded into home screen which cannot be cleaned or hide. Even at eyecomport mode also image will be more brighter makes your eye feel tired
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't Leave my Recliner, Thanks Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This month, I received my new QN85D Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV (2024), and I must say the delivery and installation process was exceptional.
But the real highlight is just how amazing this TV is - from the impressive screen size to the stunning clarity and seamless user experience.
I also had the Atmos Wireless Surround Sound System added to the package, and it has been absolutely mind-blowing. In fact, my wife can barely pry me away from the recliner now.

Slow TV compared to others

I was in the market to purchase a new TV since my old TV was lagging when I pressed the remote buttons. It would be slow to operate. This Samsung TV is super laggy. Time to start the TV is fast but when you want to navigate, it takes time to move. The Settings option takes time to load. Navigating the Samsung TV plus is also quite complicated. The Alexa experience is also not as smooth. Opening apps is not as fast as other comparable TVs have. I have used the Hisense u7 and it seems much better than this. I know the problem is not my internet speed. The colors and pixels are good but the shortcomings of slowing down is very frustrating experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your QNX1D TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

GREAT FEATURES AT A GREAT PRICE!
