Plus, it's awesome how you can have different apps do what' ever you want you can just sit back and browse the internet.
And the picture is amazing the color is most definitely the best picture ive ever seen. Well it's close to the picture I saw on a Samsung Laptop Galaxy book Pro 13. I'm just saying best picture I've ever seen and ive had to use it for a TV for a few months and I love every min of it. But back to the TV you can do pretty much anything you can do on a phone. Any app you can think of. And the remote it small and sleek and very fast commands when u push a button (BOOM) your there .but I love the television the features the picture the easy commands just everything about it.

I don't like that some movies and series do not fit full screen and CANNOT be changed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN85D TV. Black bars on the top and bottom of your screen can be caused by either a setting on your cable/satellite box or by the content you’re watching. However, the TV can be adjusted to help minimize this.
By adjusting the aspect ratio, you can get the image to fill the screen. Go to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size

Crystal clear vision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 48" 4K Samsung TV for a few years, and I saw this 2024 new 55" 4K Neo QLED TV on sale. So I think it's time to upgrade.
I'm glad I did. The new TV did not disappoint me.
First of all, It's easy to setup. It's even easier if you have a Samsung Galaxy phone. It paired with it quickly and just follow the on screen instructions.
The image is sharper, the color is brighter and the HDR quality is better. The dark is really black, not greyish like the old one.
The sound quality is pretty good as well. I think it's one of the best TV this year, and I am happy with it.

Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 75 inch Samsung Crystal a couple years ago and decided to upgrade to 85 inch Neo and it was the best decision I’ve made. The difference in the quality of night and day my wife can’t notice it, but I can so no regrets.

Perfect Fit perfect features

The one feature that was extremely desirable for my use was the non reflective screen. I live in the sunny south and my home receives ample and all day sunshine into my room where the TV set is located. In the evening lamps and lights are a non factor reflecting in the screen.
Beyond this great feature the picture quality and brilliance blow me away. I looked at the top models from every manufacturer and was satisfied this Samsung model was clearly superior. Now that I have had this technical marvel set for a few months my due diligence is confirmed. The ability to control all functions and really personalize your viewing experience is unequalled. Movies, streaming and especially sports prove to be a very rewarding experience. This TV should be in the mix for consideration by any and all discerning consumers.
