Best TV I have owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now to be fair it's also the most expense TV I have ever bought, but worth every penny. Picture quality, functionality (smart apps & smartthings hub, interface functionality) and general usabilty have all been great in the almost 2 years I've owned it. Puts a smile on my face everytime I turn it on :-)

Amazing Display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No doubt about the display quality. Top notch.. the colors reproduced are true and accurate. Doesn't give in much to the light reflection.
However, one caviat is the software, although I believe it is the latest, I do not understand why the software is not as smooth as the phone and lags a bit at each startup of the TV.
Overall, great TV with minor software flaw, which isn't when you're patient and give it time to load.

Thank you for sharing your review. If your TV takes a while to turn on, apps take longer to start, or the menu takes longer to load, please try discharging or cold booting your TV, as this will help it start up normally again. You can cold boot your TV 2 ways:

1. With the Samsung TV remote
- With the TV turned on, press and hold the power button on your remote.
- Continue holding the power button while the TV powers off and back on.

2. Without the Samsung TV remote
- With the TV turned on, unplug the TV's power cord from the power outlet and wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn the TV back on.

Please also check to see if your TV has any software updates available, which could help it run smoother as well. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Wow! What a difference!

We stepped up from a 55" and I was worried the sheer size of the screen would cause a blurring effect when it came to watching live sports. Fortunately, that wasn't the case as this TV was very remarkable in keeping a crisp, sharp image. Worth every penny...

This is probably the best product that I've ever purchased besides my Galaxy 24 Ultra. This TV is just outstanding had it for a number of years not an issue everybody that comes over really enjoys watching it.
