Easy to use single burner. It does take turning it all the way up to get it started to heat well then turn down to get the temp needed. Use this in our camper and works well.

Since I don't have a stovetop, I rely on a countertop burner. This one not only looks good, it is solidly built and outperforms any others I've owned. It provides even heat and has an easy-to-clean burner surface. Thanks, Cuisinart, for a terrific product!

While making fudge on my glass top stove, i turned my back for just one second and the boiling sugar over flowed pitting my favorite glass top burner. I can still use my stove top , just not that burner. I ordered the Cuisinart single burner to replace the stove burner I can't use and it works fabulous. I would recommend for anyone.
