Burner is not too big, works well, and it’s perfect when I need an extra burner while cooking a meal. It doesn’t take up much room on the counter. It looks great too!

I bought the burner to use while our kitchen was being remodeled. It worked fine and made cooking easy. Then after a couple weeks the dial would not go right on. Took many tries to get it to turn on. Now after only using it for a little over a month it takes way too long to get it to turn on. I hope to return it and get a refund. It should work longer than a month.

Cooktop is practical, although it is difficult to operate it since it takes a long time to reach the desired temperature and has a hard time maintaining it

I am a full-time RVer living in a small motorhome, primarily parked in the same site year-round. Getting propane involves packing everything up and driving to a propane distributor. I bought the Cuisinart burner to eliminate my need for propane with my stove. (I use electricity for everything else.) It works beautifully and, because of its small size, stores easily when not in use in my less than spacious accommodations!

Works great for what I need it for. I had a two burner but decided to only get one burner for the space I had. Works great use it everyday and have no issues.

The heat control dial turns smoothly, but I think the device only pays attention to it if you go a full setting higher or more. (It goes from 0 to 5.) There may be only 4 or 5 actual heat settings internally. And it burned butter at 1 and a half, and to keep water boiling for spaghetti (true, without a lid), I had to go to 5. Other hot plates I’ve used pretty continuously click on and off - that’s how you know it’s trying to keep the temperature at what you set it at. This one barely clicks on and off at all.
Also, the top became rusty after the first use and I can’t get rid of the rust. It’s about 2 weeks I’ve had it now.

I needed a heating source to cook pop corn, and a single burner seemed to be a good choice. I don't like air popped, too tasteles for me. The regular poppers have gone to light bulbs, too slow. So I bought a pop corn pan I love. New glass cook top and everything about my pan is a no-no. Now for the review, it seems to be pretty good. Takes FOREVER to heat to the highest heat {20 minutes to cook popcorn}, so if you wanted this for anything besides popcorn I think it would be a great choice for me not so much
