Great product, heats up fast and stays hot for quite a while after turned off so make sure you if you’re cooking vegetables, take the pan/pot off the burner or veggies will overcook. Really love this burner!!

I'm currently renovating my kitchen and needed a portable cooking burner. I purchased one locally and returned it immediately bc it smelled like burning plastic when I plugged it up. I researched online reviews and went with Cuisinart bc it's a brand I know and trust. At first I was hesitant to pay the difference but " You get what you pay for " is a true statement. This burner heats up fast and is made well, looking forward to years of use. I plan to use it outdoors when I'm cooking seafood or for food smells I don't want lingering in the house. Great buy!
