Used my new Typhur Sync Duel on a 7 bone rib roast for Christmas dinner. Worked like a champ with probes on each end of roast. I love that there is an extremely accurate base station (not my phone) with manual and programming sections. Best of all, the probes are wireless. Our Christmas roast beef turned out perfectly thanks to Typher.

I have been grilling for over 50 years and I don't impress easily. I bought the Typhur Dual in early December 2024. This has quickly become the tool I have been looking for to elevate my grilling results. Pretty cool, great idea. My one grip is about charging the base and (I guess) the two probes. Like a lot of products these days the instruction manual is useless. Between the app on my phone and the base unit, there really should be a progress bar on the charging. I've had it plugged in for hours and have no idea if it is fully charged or how long until it's ready. Missed today's roast entirely.
