Best thermometer out there. Not only is it extremely accurate but it gives you an estimated time of when the food will be done. It also will give you the ambient temperature. You can also select the food what you wish to cook and it’ll set the cooking time for you accurately. You’ve got to get one of these.

Does waste your money

This is the most unreliable thermometer I’ve owned, says battery is low, then it says it’s not, won’t connect, says cook time is near when it still has hours

Don't hesitate! Best wireless thermometer I have used. No signal loss, easy set up. I like how it can take the direct flames from the grill when searing a steak. Worth every penny!

I just received the Typhur Sync a couple of days ago and it is amazing. You can see the quality as soon as you open the box. The Typhur is solidly built, almost like holding a brick. It powered up really quick and the display is clear and easy to read. The probes are also constructed really well and have a sharp look. Unlike other probes on the market, these stay connected to the base even when you leave the house and go to the market. My only complaint is the USB cord is too short and it did not come with a usb wall charging adapter, but that was not a deal breaker since most people have one laying around the house. Hands down this is the best wireless thermometer on the market. Keep up the good work Typhur.

One Gripe

Pretty cool, great idea. My one grip is about charging the base and (I guess) the two probes. Like a lot of products these days the instruction manual is useless. Between the app on my phone and the base unit, there really should be a progress bar on the charging. I've had it plugged in for hours and have no idea if it is fully charged or how long until it's ready. Missed today's roast entirely.

I purchased Typhur Sync late in 2023. I used it a few times and found it to be really easy to use and accurate. A couple of weeks ago I was using it in my smoker and had a major malfunction with the smoker. The temperature exceeded the maximum for one of the probes and it destroyed it. I wrote to Typhur to purchase a new probe and they responded without delay. A few days later my new Typhur came in the mail, replaced at no charge.

I've used it twice. Food was undercooked both times. I've used probes before, so I know its not me. I'm giving it 1 extra star for the design.

Good Internal Temps

Easy to use, accurate internal temperatures. I do not rely on the probe for grill temp however. I utilize a separate, reliable device to monitor grill temps. I am very happy with the Typhur Synch for providing me accurate meat temps though. Easy to set up with an easy to navigate app as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
