I bought this thinking that it would use the the magnetic charging feature of the iPhone 12. It doesn’t. Nowhere in the labeling does it state that a product designed exclusively for a product would not enable its use.
Also the piece of paper included in the box, presumably to indicate regulatory compliance, must be read with a microscope. Why bother including it in the box if it can’t be read.
Clearly you have lost my confidence in your integrity.
The case appears acceptable.

We are sorry for the confusion with your OtterBox purchase. Although the iPhone 12 Pro Defender Series Case will work with Qi wireless charging, it was not made for MagSafe specific features. Below is a link that will take you to all of our made for MagSafe cases.
Long line of Otterbox cases used on our phones, a go to for us. What we love is the added protection and grip of this case. What we wish were improved or just removed on the Defender case is the charging plug cover now that the phones are waterproof, and then narrow the bezel or remove it from the glass all together so you can easily use all the hand gestures.
They sent me a small box the doesn’t fit my phone But the box has both IPhone 12 and IPhone 12 Pro written on it. They should have known that 12 and 12 pro are not the same size phones
