I work in the asphalt industry and have to replace this every other month. Its now discontinued. I like the case and dont blame the company i have to replace it but i blame them for discontinuing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the price.

My screen cracked from a short fall. Difficult to change the silent riner switch and the charging port is bulky.

Literally the best purchase I've made

This case did a AMAZING job, normally i think im a average phone damager but today i left my phone on the top of my car and then realized when it fell off while i was going 45mph, i was thinking it broke for sure, but the phone had NO DAMAGE and minimal case damage, just a few chips and a lot of road burn
I would recommend this to a friend!

dissapointed, quality has signifigantly decreased

I bought this case for my iPhone 12 Pro about a week ago, I had one on my previous iPhone 11 Pro that I absolutely loved. I was expecting to get the same quality and protection with the one for my new phone but I was incredibly disappointed to see that there is no longer a raised edge and the case is overall thinner and just feels cheaper and less rugged. this is very aggravating to me because I actually use my phone in harsh environments and that's why I have had an otterbox on every phone I have ever owned. if I wanted a slim pretty case then I wouldn't have bought a defender series. but I bought the "rugged" case that for some reason is being streamlined and made cheaper. I understand the cost of materials goes up and I get that you need to make money but cutting corners and making a cheap lower quality case is going to ruin your niche in the phone case market. like I don't care what it cost I just want a rugged quality phone case that feels good in my hand, that I can actually hold and actually protect my device. I would love to have a conversation with someone who designs these cases because I would love to give some conductive criticisms. the thing that sparked me to write this review is I dropped my phone on the side and it hit a little lip of a rolling shop chair and it shattered the screen protector. (an alpha glass screen protector) and it is entirely due to the lack of edge protection (because on the sides of the case the lip on the edge of the screen is flush with the screen, leaving it susceptible to edge damage, why did you mess with a good thing. I want a rugged case, not a sleek or low-profile case. i want it big and clunky because than it gives the protection that it needs

The new Defender Pro does not have enough raised edge on the screen side. With a glass screen protector is is almost flush. The pro I had for my iPhone 10 was much better.

Good case on the iPhone 12 pro, fits very tight does a good job while not too bulk like previous defender cases, no screen protector included also worth noting does not work with latercase gorilla glass screen protector or any screen protector that is edge to edge as it does cover over the edges of the screen plus the belt clip/stand isn’t as sturdy as previous ones

i bought this to replace my iphone 6 case but the iphone 12 case dose not have protection for the face (screen ) if otter box has a model that totally encases the iphone 12 please let me know what model. i did purchase one that meets my requirements but don't know what name brand and yes with the cover over the screen face recognition still works
