For my iPhone 12 I own a clear Symmetry, two Defender Pro's, a Defender XT and an Apple silicon case. So I switch between them - the Apple and clear Symmetry looks great but don't stay on long, the Defender XT I really like but the smooth plastic back became scratched within days and I was trying to be careful having read the reviews.
Yes, the Defender Pro is bulky but it feel right in the hand, no fear in setting it down on either side, it won't charge Magsafe but will charge wirelessly on other chargers.
If you ever drop your phone the Defender Pro is what you want on it. Standard of the industry.

Best purchase ever!

I bought this a couple of months ago I have always loved it. Last week I got into a horrible car wreck and a guy t-boned us. Me and my phone both went flying. When I came too I thought my phone was going to be broken. NOT ONE SCRATCH OR DENT! I am very impressed with this phone case!

I have had several otterbox cases over the years. I went through two otter boxes with my iPhone 5s (the first case died for reasons unrelated to its build or usage). So when it was time to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 12 Pro I would intrust my investment to no other case. The color selection is perfect for my pacific blue phone. It isn’t as bulky as previous otter box defender cases but still as solid. Highly recommend!

The Good and the Bad

I ordered the Pro Defender for the iPhone 12 Pro. The case looks and feels absolutely great-even better than Otterbox cases that I've owned in the past. The problem that I have is with wireless charging. I have 3 different wireless chargers that I use and the new case prevents charging about 50% of the time regardless of which charger I'm using. I specifically ordered this series since I had seen poor reviews of the Otterbox cases designed for MagSafe charging. In addition to this, Otterbox sandard shipping is through UPS who then hands off the package to USPS. My order sat in my local post office for 2 weeks before delivery.
