Everything about this case is great. Fits perfect, raised edge is not raised too high above the screen, but does protect the cameras well on the back.
My only negative feedback is that the bottom volume button does not feel as good as the top. As in I can’t tell if I’m actually punching the volume button on the phone or not.
Other than that one small detail I would have gave 5 stars, it’s great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought I was buying a clear symmetry case but what showed up has glitter all over it. Somehow I ordered the wrong thing. Not sure if when I navigated away from the clear case selections to the solid colors and back to the clears if the glitter one was selected but that is what I got. Since there is no phone support, the only option is to try to do a warranty but it kicks it back because I didnt buy a clear case. So, now I am stuck with a glittery case :(

I bout this when the iPhone 12 Pro came out. It fits fine but its rather slick especially the sides. I am concerned I may drop the phone. Its how the straight edges of the iPhone 12 are now and the cases lack of silicon on the sides in many places. The design needs an update.

I’ve always had otterbox symmetry cases for my phones and they have all been excellent at protecting them and this one is no exception! I do have two gripes with this case though. The case is very difficult to remove. But I assume that this is no different than any other case for the iPhone 12 Pro just due to the boxy design. The other is that the earl grey is just too green looking. I was hoping for it to be a more normal grey that would go with the Pacific Blue 12 Pro I have but it is not that. I think it would go well with the 11 Pro Midnight Green shade way more. But overall solid case!
