Falls apart within a year.

I have bought this phone case twice before, both times it has broken down at the rubber siding within a year. The rubber doesn’t stay attached to the plastic backing, and becomes loose. This has lead to my screen protector cracking because it doesn’t protect the edges of my phone anymore. I would not recommend this product.

Phone keeps popping out of cover at top of phone . My previous Otter Box cover was a 3 piece affair with a soft plastic connector that started to come apart after about a years worth of use . So far , not too impressed with the Otter Box

Doesn’t live up to OtterBox standard

I’ve been using OtterBox since my first iPhone back in 2010. In that time I’ve worked a number of jobs that have put these cases to the test and I’ve always been impressed by how well they’ve protected my phone. Despite countless drops and various other impacts over the years, I’ve never wound up with even a crack on any of my phones, until now. I dropped my phone from a height of maybe 2 or 3 feet and the back completely shattered. I’ve never purchased a warranty plan on any of my phones because the OtterBox has always done the job (and I have to be super intentional about budgeting) so now I’m stuck with a broken phone and have lost my trade in value. I would not trust this case again.
