I have used Otterbox Defender cases on all of my phones and never had an issue with them until now. When you buy the case for your new Galaxy S25, the holster no longer is included with the case packaging. You have to go to the Otterbox website after scanning a QR code to receive the holster.
Ok...yes...you don't have to pay extra for it and they ship it for free. My issue with the process is that I expect to install the new case on my new phone, put it in the holster, and off I go. Why do I have to now wait almost a week to get the holster??!??!? I travel for work, so this is REALLY inconvenient for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we still include a QR code in every box to redeem for the Defender Holster accessory. Case has done well for protecting the phones edges but haven't even dropped it, laid it down flat and it already has a light Crack across the screen protector.

Fits snug to the cell and is heavy duty. Not easy to take apart and put back on. And does not work with my charger I ng cord as it has side plug that fits parallel to the base of cell. Had to take the cover off EVERY time to charge it. So I bought something else.
