Dropped new phone and screen cracked in two places. I've used Otter cases for years and never had a cracked screen. I'm extremely disappointed.

My only issue is with the flap over the charging port. I understand the reasons for it, but it makes plugging my phone in annoying. I plug my "phone" in more frequently than I make or receive calls. Plus, I. The two decades I've been using cell phones, I have never had a problem getting water, dust or debris in the charging port. So the daily annoyance solves a "probel" I've never had.
