My fifth Otter case. Love them!

All of my phones are almost pristine (even my old Blackberries!) thanks to Otter. There are less expensive cases, but when it comes to device protection and customer service, you get what you pay for. I am clumsy and put my phones though their paces. I considered getting the Commuter case, but given how clumsy I am, the Defender is a must for me. Customer service is excellent! I've had nothing but good experience with Otter cases. I've used these cases for over a decade at leand highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best out there !! Don't leave the phone store without an Otterbox on your expensive phone. I chose the blue and love it. Wanted green but another family member chose that one. No more grabbing the wrong phone.

NEEDS to come in Left and Right. I wear it on my right side with the phone facing my hip upside down, so it doesn't clip in and pushes on the power button. I have tried to flip it over than I can't unclip it with my thumb. Also doesn't seal very well against clip, screen gets dirty.

Bad design - Clip pushes power button

I am a fan of Otterbox Defender since the Galaxy S5 came out, but the S23 design is flawed regarding the belt clip. I wear my belt clip on the right side and when the screen faces my hips, top of cellphone pointing forward, the clip keeps pressing the power button. I am not given a possibility to wear this as a right handed person, nor can I purchase a clip alone to solve the issue. I unfortunately have to wear the cellphone screen exposed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My 5th Otterbox and counting!

All of my phones are in pristine condition thanks to the cases--even my old Blackberries and I'm really clumsy. The case is MUCH slimmer than the case for my S9. I had a little trouble with the case and called customer service who are awesome! The rep explained you need to separate the hard shell into two pieces then fit it on your phone. I can't recommend Otterbox enough.
