Paid extra for the upgraded

Paid extra for the upgraded controller, which has the flexispot logo which I did not want, even though it wasn&t shown in the website.
Desk top came a little scratched.

Not a good experience

Buttons don’t work right. The desk rebounds to the wrong position. Also had to order a new base because it was too high and they charged us the additional amount but didn’t ship the new base. Had to call 2 weeks later. The monitor stand doesn’t fit my monitors so I have to return that. It does look nice though.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. however, the issue you are encountering is because of its anti-collision feature. To adjust the sensitivity of this feature, please see the instructions below:

a. Keep pressing the "▲ " and "▼" buttons at the same time for 5 seconds to switch the sensitivity to level 1, 2 or 3.?
b. When the display shows " A-1", it signifies low sensitivity. "A-2 " signifies medium sensitivity and "A-3 " signifies high sensitivity. If it shows A-0, it means that anti-collision is off.

Decent desk but maybe I should’ve got the Varidesk

This is a pretty good desk, but there is a bit too much to assemble and some of the parts feel cheap. I have a Varidesk as well. The Varidesk assembly is very easy, and the quality is much better. I’m wondering whether I should have spent a little more for another Varidesk.

the control panel is not

Really sorry for that, we&ve actually upgraded the control panel for the E2 model, but it&s possible that some versions of desktops haven&t been pre-drilled for the new control panel yet. This was an oversight on our part, and I&ll make a note of it to ensure we improve this moving forward.

Great quality for an affordable price

Pleasantly surprised at the quality given the price. The desk is very sturdy and stable and the mechanisms for raising/lowering the desk works like a breeze. I really like how large the desk surface is and it was exactly what I was looking for in a standing desk, especially at this great price point. It was a little challenging to assemble and definitely needs two people since the legs and base are very heavy, but once it was together it was very stable and secure.

Amazing desk! It’s no where near as expensive as other ones I’ve looked at but is amazing quality and exactly what I wanted for my WFH setup. Only downside was you needed a drill
