Up/down doesn’t work great

It looks nice but everytime I move it up or down for more than a second it stops and goes back the opposite direction. Only way it works is to do short bursts pressing the arrow keys. Less than .5-.7 in change to prevent this from happening. Very frustrating.

Hi Joshua,
We are sorry to hear about the issue you encountered. To resolve the issue with your desk, Kindly follow the steps for the reset below.
1st: make sure all the wires are connected properly and the green light on the adapter is on. 2nd: Press and Hold the up and down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. then, release. 3rd: Press and hold the down button only for 15 seconds or until the desk goes down completely and raises slightly. Then, Test if the up button is working. I hope this helps. but, If not kindly send us a short video of you doing the instruction above. this will help us identify the problem and find a suitable resolution.

Great Affordable Desks! Definitely Bang for Your Buck Value!

Been wanting to try a standing desk for some time now and finally decided to just "bite the bullet". Thankfully FlexiSpot had a great deal going so I grabbed one and I&m thankful that I did. I now have a different perspective while working and that&s great for creative inspiration. Thanks FlexiSpot for a great desk! It was also super easy to assemble. The longest part might have been on my part just looking for a tool to use.

Good quality desk for the price. Arrived quickly and very easy to assemble. A little too heavy but I got the 63” top so I expected that to an extent. In all, I would recommend the product/company.

Desk was easier to setup than I remembered. We went with chipboard because it was the only option that had the marble pattern my daughter liked. Great purchase, should last for years!

I’ve tried to contact Flexispot. It’s been weeks and they have yet to respond.
I received my desk with a defect in one of the legs and with stains on the top of the desk. The desk wobbles because of this but I’m more upset about the top being damaged. It doesn’t look like a new desk. Beyond this, the directions to put it together are awful. I cannot believe that someone actually wrote them thinking that they were good enough to be sent out to customers. As someone who’s put together all the furniture in my house and more than one desk, I know what I’m doing. This desk unnecessarily took hours. I expected better from Flexispot, especially with all the good reviews. It makes me think that they’re fake.
Underwhelmed and disappointed would be an understatement. Save your money and buy a desk elsewhere.
