Amazing desk. It’s just what I needed. It can be regular desk height or super tall. The instructions were simple and the desk is easy to put together. We will see how it holds up over time~

I think my desk is broken. When I put it in standing mode, it will go up a couple of inches then go down. I just deal with it.

My Flexispot is great!! It was easy to set up and fits my space very well. I like that it raises and lowers quietly and smoothly. At its top-most height I was able to detect a very minor wobble but since I&m not too tall (5&6") then I won&t be raising it that high. At my working height it is perfectly solid. And my wife says it looks good, too!

Really happy with my desk frame. I had my own desk top I used, but I needed a good frame that wasn’t too terribly expensive. This one has worked out great. Highly recommend.

Just What I Needed

This new desk is solid, yet beautiful. The motorized lift is smooth and quiet and accommodates height ranges that are perfect, even for a tall person like myself. The desk arrived much more quickly than I expected too, and assembly was easy, but there are no pilot holes for screwing in the lift controller and drawer. However, depending on which wood option you chose, it&s pretty easy to drive the screws directly into the wood even without the holes once you line up the controller and drawer. The optional drawer is kinda small, so don&t expect to stow away much more than a mouse, pens and other small items.
But overall, this desk is exactly what I needed!

Broke in less than a month. The desk no longer raises or lowers when the button is pressed.

Hi Josh,
To resolve the issue with your desk, Kindly follow the steps for the reset below.
1st: make sure all the wires are connected properly and the green light on the adapter is on.
2nd: Press and Hold the up and down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. then, release.
3rd: Press and hold the down button only for 15 seconds or until the desk goes down completely and raises slightly.
Then, Test if the up button is working. I hope this helps. but, If not kindly send us a short video of you doing the instruction above to contact@flexispot.com. this will help us identify the problem and find a suitable resolution.
