Smooth and sturdy

Haven&t used it for long but so far so good. The controls are easy to set, it&s smooth and quiet going up and down, and feels sturdy. There&s enough room for a large monitor, keyboard, laptop, mouse, a notebook, and a plate of snacks or lunch. Happy with the purchase and much more cost effective than other known brands.

Good Base Product / Poor Execution

Instructions need updating. The motor orientation isn&t stated until the end of the book. Its also easy to miss attaching the psu cage to hang from the frame causing to disassemble the desk to put the cage in. Also, the rubber grommets are ONE TIME USE. So after 5 times rebuilding the desk to fix orientation and the psu cage, one had completely come apart causing tension on one of the arms. I&m not sure why they just don&t use rubber washers. Also, the E2 motor doesn&t seem strong enough to push the larger chipboards, it thinks its getting blocked from the extra weight and reverses.
We orderer an E2 and the super premium L desktop. The premium one went pretty much flawless. The E2 is clearly the weaker product and you can tell the guide holes are only for the premium products they offer.
The cable cage was bundled. Its nice but the cardboard mask for drilling is off an 2mm. The bracket screws are about 2mm as well so if can be completely off if you don&t have a steady hand. I recommend the company use paper like TV anchors do, they are flatter and can print more precisely.
Also, if the chipboard is wrong they won&t replace it... so much for 30-day return.

a. Keep pressing the "▲ " and "▼" buttons at the same time for 5 seconds to switch the sensitivity to levels 1, 2 or 3.?
b. When the display shows " A-1", it signifies low sensitivity. "A-2 " signifies medium sensitivity and "A-3 " signifies high sensitivity. If it shows A-0, it means that the anti-collision is off.

It&s my old desk but better

I had the first version of the adjustable sit/stand desk for years and this new frame with my old desktop is a huge upgrade. It&s my old desk but it moves faster, is more stable at standing height and has programmable buttons and a headphone hook. A+

Super fast delivery, purchase was also quick and easy. A little bit difficult to put together. Thanks to videos out there I was able to put together. May have been over thinking it a bit. So pretty white, and very nice size. I love it, great function for the price, also looks very neat and clean and pretty.
