Assembly was not fun

The desk is nice looking -- I really enjoy the rounded edges of the desktop.
Where I find flaws is in the instructions that came with the desk. It was quite confusing to read through and to make matters worse, the desktop did not come with all the guide holes it was supposed to so there was a lot of manual drilling into wood that took lots of elbow grease and time. Because of that, the desktop is not flat. I think the only way to fix that is to get the screws deeper into the wood.
Lastly, I really don&t like the screw-in bases on the desk feet. While moving the desk they come unscrewed and I have to awkwardly screw them back in often. This also creates an uneven desktop. My desk is wobbly and I can&t figure out why. It&s super frustrating to have an uneven wobbly desk. I wish I could use it after assembly but there is more work to be done.

You need to tighten them to achieve a stable desk surface. Otherwise, the four contact points between the desk and the floor may not be level.

Okay if you are experienced with a drill

Sturdy desk and the mechanism works fine however the drill holes didn’t match the control pad and a couple of other parts. When I called for help they told me to drill them myself…

quite unpleasant experience

after like a month of work the height controller started behaving weirdly randomly adjusting table up or down, whenever I try to adjust the height. Eg I press + button and instead it starts moving the table down, so you have to play with it like for 5 mins to get the right height - quite uncomfortable.

Works for about 6 months, then doesn&t

The desk was fine to put together, and simply enough to link the moving parts together. After about 6 months though the up button stopped working out of nowhere so now it&s just simply a desk.

Hi Garrison,
This issue might happen when there is sudden power shortage on the desk or when it gets over work. Here are the steps that you can do to resolve the issue.
1st: make sure all the wires are connected properly and the green light on the adapter is on.
2nd: Press and Hold the up and down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. then, release.
3rd: Press and hold the down button only for 15 seconds or until the desk goes down completely and raises slightly.
Then, Test if the up button is working. I hope this helps. but, If not kindly send us a short video of you doing the instruction above to contact@flexispot.com. this will help us identify the problem and find a suitable resolution. thank you!
